OSEM Plant-Based EFAs offer a superior, cleaner alternative to traditional fish oil supplements for getting your essential fats.

Our formula features Properly Formulated Oils (PFOs), including organic sunflower oil, organic evening primrose oil, and organic pumpkin seed oil—all rich sources of "parent" omega-6—combined with organic flaxseed oil to supply "parent" omega-3. This carefully selected blend reflects what we believe to be the ideal science-based ratio of parent omega-6 to parent omega-3.

Unlike many generic EFA products, our formulation accounts for the good, unprocessed omega-6 fats you may already consume through your diet, and strategically balances it with the right amount of parent omega-3 for optimal cellular support.

Each bottle contains 120 capsules.
Suggested use: Take 2 capsules, twice daily (4 capsules per day) with food.

*NOTE: If you are already taking EZtrek® Medical Food, there is no need to supplement with OSEM Plant-Based EFAs. However, if you're not using EZtrek®, we highly recommend incorporating these EFAs into your daily regimen for comprehensive nutritional support.
